freedom of speech
The performance freedom of speech was first performed in Ireland in
2008 and again in Berlin in 2009. A portrait shot where paper clips are attached to the mouth, pulled apart on each side, leaving the performer unable to speak. Referenced to all freedom of speech acts, even within social structures,groups on how not to behave or rather not being able
to speak up. I find this work of performance somehow very important to be artistic practise and development in later years. Its timless.
